Gap personnel are recruiting for 10* Production Operatives for our client, a busy factory in South Woodham Ferrers.

This role involves processing Xmas products, working on a production line to finish products for display in retail outlets. If you have good dexterity & eye for detail, could be the role for you.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour for all hours worked.

Type: Temp ongoing

Location: South Woodham Ferrers 

Key Responsibilities:

Working on an assembly line to finish xmas trees
Making Xmas trees look to specification for the customer
Adjusting tree positions
Fixing trees to a stand
Working to health & safety standards
Assembling and finishing a tree every 10 minutes
Knowledge & Skills:

Nimble fingers and dexterity is needed within production
No prior experience is necessary
Attention to detail and good communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
Adherence to health and safety regulations
Ideal Candidates Will:

Be able to demonstrate a reliable work history
Be flexible to complete all duties as needed within the factory
