You’ll bring your expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and Google Analytics to the forefront, crafting and executing digital strategies that don’t just meet targets but smash them. This role is ideal for a Digital Marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years Digital Marketing experience who’s not just looking for a job, but for an opportunity to lead, innovate, and grow. Working within a collaborative team, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital services.

Your Day-to-Day:

* Strategize and Execute: Collaborate with clients to design cutting-edge digital marketing strategies and implement high-impact campaigns across multiple online channels.

* Ownership and Leadership: Take the lead on projects from inception to completion, working closely with our talented digital marketing team.

* Innovate and Improve: Work with our development team to drive technical enhancements and introduce game-changing functionalities.

* Drive Results: Analyze key performance data to influence client strategies, boost ROI, and achieve their goals.

* Deliver Insights: Provide comprehensive reports on the success of client marketing campaigns, highlighting the wins and identifying new opportunities for growth.

What We Are Looking For:

* A minimum of 2 years Digital Marketing Account Management experience

* Client Relationship Management – Strong ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and develop marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

* Project Management – Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development to assist with digital projects.

* Full driving license with own transport is essential with easy access to Dorchester
