Customer Claims Handler

Salary £30k circa

(Based in the office Monday to Friday)

Our client is well established within their industry for over 20 years. Currently looking to recruit a Customer Claims Handler to join their in-house team.

Your role

Work closely with internal teams to help with claims
Work closely with external clients such as Insurers and building professionals
Coordinate works between all parties
Scheduling and diary management
Record and monitor work as per agreed schedules
Update in house systems
General admin support

Ideal candidate

Excellent customer service skills
Strong organisational skills
The ability to prioritise workloads
Time management
