MJM Industrial are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a permanent position to work for a market leading company located at Heathrow.
The successful candidate will also have quantity surveying experience, along with experience and background in airports or rail.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible of all commercial and contractual aspects on the Airport projects.
* Management of the NEC4 contract to deliver the project financials to planned targets.
* Management of project budgets and internal/external reporting requirements as necessary.
* Commercial and contract management of the airport projects
* Full understanding of contract, scope of supply and related budgets
* Control of change management process
* Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects.
* Managing a commercial team across airport projects
* Protecting/maximizing company returns on the projects
Background and Qualification:
* Strong management and organisational skills
* Excellent project management and negotiating skills
* NEC4 Experience
* Experience leading multi-million-pound projects
* Baggage Handling or Heathrow experience is desirable
* Qualified Quantity Surveyor / Member of the institute of chartered surveyors.
