Henry Martin are assisting our client on their search for a Lead Document Controller. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects, our client are currently seeking an experienced Lead Document Controller, to joint their growing team.

The successful candidate will hold strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. They will have proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Proficiency in document control software such as viewpoint, 4projects and Aconex is essential, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Dalux is also desirable.

The Lead Document Controller will oversee the management, distribution, and organization of all project documentation. This role is crucial to ensuring that all documents are accurately tracked, easily accessible, and compliant with company standards and industry regulations. They will play a pivotal role in mentoring and training all document controllers and implement improvements as needed. The successful candidate will conduct regular audits of document controllers, providing guidance and support.
