We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving technology and infrastructure projects forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in both business analysis and technical systems, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business analysis activities across large-scale infrastructure and systems integration projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users to ensure solutions meet business needs
Work closely with infrastructure architects, engineers, and delivery teams to guide project execution
Facilitate workshops, write high-quality documentation, and support change management initiativesKey Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on systems and infrastructure
Extensive experience with the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and related platforms
Proven ability to work on complex, enterprise-level infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, cloud services, and enterprise architecture
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
