Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Autism?

Milestone Education are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join our team!

The Role:

We are looking for a patient and understanding 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant who:

* Has experience supporting children with Autism, ideally in a school setting.

* Can provide tailored support, helping the child access learning and develop social skills.

* Uses a range of communication strategies, including visual aids and sensory techniques.

* Works collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.

* Shares the school's ethos of inclusivity, patience, and high expectations.

Additional Information:

* Start Date: ASAP

* Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30, ongoing

* Salary - £90 - £100 a day

* Location: Banbury, OX16
