Electrical Site Manager required in Wantage (OX12)

Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12

Start Date: Early February 2025

Duration: officially the project is due for completion in December 2025 but it likely to be the end of January 2026.

CIS Pay Rate: Negotiable

Project: A new £28m commercial build.

What you'll be doing day to day

On site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
* Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
* On site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour
* Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
* Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
* Execution of commissioning and close out plan
* Ensure close out of snag lists.
* Deliver on labour tracker.
* Manage relevant external correspondence.
* Order all day-to-day site materials.
* Update appropriate information to progress report.
* Maintaining K&M Document Management System
* Project specific scheduling.
* Communicate changes to Project team.
* Project quality reporting and monitoring.
* Oversee testing certification and handover.
* Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.Qualifications required for this role:

Qualified Electrician
ECS Card & SSSTS
Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role
Experience of managing and leading teams
Project Management experience beneficial
Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
