A fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor has arisen to work for an international manufacturing organization based in the Hayes area.

Salary – £50,000 - £54,000 basic + Great Package

Shifts – Monday – Friday

Location – Commutable from Hayes

Skills required for the job – Engineering Supervisor

* Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance schedules for production equipment.

* Coordinating the maintenance team and tasks for each day / week.

* Ensure all work is completed adhering to the latest Health & Safety Regulations and best practices.

* Lean manufacturing / Continuous mindset

* Hands on electrical maintenance experience needed

* Testing & electrical installation work

* Experience supervising and motivating a team of Engineers.
