Lodestone Recruitment is currently working in partnership with an established engineering company in Oldham, who are currently looking for Welders on a permanent basis.
The business is rapidly expanding, having doubled its workforce over 2 years due to continual success. They aim to hire in order to facilitate this growth.
To be considered for this Welder role you will ideally be able to demonstrate the following:
-Apprentice trained or time served Welder.
-Experience in both MIG and TIG welding on predominantly Stainless Steel.
-Experience in butt welds and multi-runs.
-Prior experience working on heavy engineering projects or big fabricated parts for the Oil & Gas, Nuclear or Defence sectors to coded standard would be ideal.
In return, our client offers the following:
Salary: £34,000 + overtime paid at x1.5 + company benefits.
Shifts: Regular days (07:30-15:30, Monday-Friday).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Overtime: 2-4 hours per day
Duration: Permanent
Pension - Excellent company pension. 10% contribution from employer / 5% from employee.
