Manpower is recruiting for an experienced Domestic Supervisor for a client based in Headington.

Details:

£14.82 per hour
5 out of 7 days, rotational ( some weekends will be worked)
07:00 - 15:00
No parking on site

Key Responsibilities/Account abilities Key Competencies:

Manage and drive performance of the cleaning standards across the entire 24/7 operations
Anticipate and address any quality related service delivery issues that may arise with the Assistant Shift Managers and Domestic teams
Support the Assistant Shift Managers with any people performance related issues
Drive innovation and quality improvement across the soft services delivery
Work with fellow shift leaders to ensure consistent messaging, approach and objectives across all shifts
Up skill domestic soft service team
