Senior Renewals Administrator
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £30,000-£35,000

About the Role:
You’ll lead the Renewals team, ensuring patents, trademarks, and designs are renewed on time, safeguarding our clients’ IP rights. Working closely with directors and key stakeholders, you’ll oversee the technical processes, client communications, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. This role offers remote working with occasional travel to our Gloucester office or client sites.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Renewal’s Administrator:
* Manage IP renewal deadlines and ensure timely payments.
* Act as the main point of contact for renewals, providing expert guidance.
* Oversee workflow quality and support team development.
* Collaborate with the Commercial and Compliance Directors to drive strategic growth.
Qualifications necessary for a Senior Renewal’s Administrator:
* Minimum 4 GCSEs (grade 4 or above) in Maths and English.
* CIPA/CITMA qualifications (desirable).
* Experience with IP renewals, case management systems, and compliance regulations.
