Adult Team Manager – Review Project

£45 - £56 per hour

Wirral Council require a Adult Agency team manager for a review project.

The ideal candidate must have team management experience, and experience in supervising social work staff.

Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding and Continuing Health Care. Desirable, knowledge of the 3 conversation model.

The aim of the role is to manage a team of five agency social workers.

The role is to ensure the five social workers undertake reviews in care homes and in a person's own home in a timely manner.

The role will require the manager to allocate the work, monitor throughput, quality assure the assessments.

As required ensure continuing health care checklists are implemented.
