You will play a key role in managing purchase orders, coordinating parts requests, and supporting service controllers in daily planning activities. You will handle parts enquiries, manage internal systems, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

This role would suit a Parts Administrator / Coordinator with experience in parts management who is looking to join a company that values its employees, offers development opportunities, and provides a supportive work environment.

THE ROLE:

Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate parts requests and support daily planning activities for service engineers.
Handle customer and internal enquiries in line with SLA requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records, process invoices, and manage job costing tasks.

Parts Advisor or similar.
