Walker & Sloan are recruiting for a well-established regional contractor in Gloucester who specialise in general construction works. They are looking for a Site Manager to oversee a variety of projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing site teams and subcontractors effectively.

Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Implementing health and safety policies.

*

Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

*

Problem-solving and ensuring quality control.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within general construction works.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
