2-5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar
Expertise in Windows (Active Directory), server management (Hyper-V, VMware), VDI (Citrix, RDS), networking (switches, firewalls), and backups (Veeam)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
