What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing different sets of management accounts, including variance analysis and KPIs
Working closely with business owners to provide financial insights
Assisting in budgets, forecasts, and year-end audit preparations
Handling intercompany reconciliations and recharges
Uploading payroll data and preparing reports for the Finance Director
Collaborating with different finance functions, including purchase ledger, payroll, and credit control

Experience required:

Strong excel skills
AAT qualified and above
Previous experience in a management accounts position
SAP (desirable but not essential)
Great communication skills
