Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading housing business based in Daneshill. This is a full time, ongoing temporary position.

Responsibilities:
- Speaking to customers via phone and email
- Chasing contractors
- Supporting the customer service team with a variety of duties
- Logging data on to the internal system
- Keeping customers updated

Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven Administration experience
- Available immediately
- IT proficient
- Team Player
- For this position the Client is looking for someone who has a back ground working in a Building or housing association

The Administrator role
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
- £12.25 per hour
- Fully office based
- Temporary ongoing position
