Monday – Thursday 8 am – 4 pm, Friday 8 am – 3 pm

The Salary:

£8.60 - £11.44 per hour

The Job Role:

Due to an increased workload, we require an Administrative Controller to join our client’s business immediately. This role will initially be temporary, but with the view to going permanent.

Our client’s business within the finance sector is absolutely thriving – they require an experienced Administrator/Call Handler to join their Administration team. This will be a very fast-paced role, and therefore experience working within a similar-paced role is essential.

Typical duties will include the following; - Handling incoming telephone calls from customers – Providing solution-based customer support – Processing information using the in-house CRM system – Updating Excel spreadsheets – Supporting the wider Administration team with general administrative duties

We would love to hear from candidates that have the following skills and experience; - Telephone based customer service experience – Confident managing a very busy workload – Excellent Administrative skills including inputting data and updating spreadsheets – Confident using Outlook, Excel and the full suite of MS Office – Polite – Professional – Exceptional telephone manner – Willing to help customers without passing onto other members of the team where possible – Able to handle pressure
