At Vision for Education, we are dedicated to supporting schools in delivering the highest quality education to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are currently looking for a passionate and committed SEND Teacher to join an independent school in Lincoln, which caters to children aged 11-19 with severe and profound learning disabilities, as well as those on the autism spectrum and with complex care needs.
The school's mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where students can reach their full potential.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of SEND Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students with SEND.

Support the individual needs of each student, ensuring that learning is accessible and effective.

Collaborate with other teaching staff, support workers, and families to create a positive learning environment.

Monitor and track student progress and adapt teaching methods as required.

Create a safe and nurturing atmosphere where students feel valued and supported.
