We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants in Leicestershire.
With a range of positions commencing immediately, or interviews/trials presently ongoing.

Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferable (although those in roles with transferable skills are encouraged to apply Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Pastoral Assistant, Social Work, Nursery Practitioner etc).
* Experience of working with children is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy and the ability to connect with students at Primary School age.
* Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learning needs.
Responsibilities:
* Support students in their academic, social and emotional development.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN.
* Working with EYFS, KS1 or KS2 children.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to get)
