Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Salary: Up to £28,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our construction team in Sidcup. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations by managing office tasks, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
