Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both in one-to-one and small group settings.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
* Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress.
* Manage challenging behaviors effectively and empathetically, using appropriate strategies.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure students receive the best possible support.

* A strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Passionate about inclusive education and promoting resilience in young learners.
Essential Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN (UK school based experienced).
* A good understanding of strategies for supporting students with additional needs, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.

Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
