Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role:
SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a diverse and welcoming primary school in Haringey for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to work with pre-school and Reception pupils. The ideal candidate will hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification and have a passion for nurturing early childhood development in a vibrant and inclusive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality EYFS provision
Assist in planning and leading small group activities and 1:1 interventions
Foster a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children
Encourage children's personal, social, and emotional development
Help assess pupil progress and provide feedback to the teacher
Support children with their early literacy, numeracy, and phonics skills
Ensure the health and safety of children at all timesRequirements:

CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years
Experience working with children in an EYFS setting, ideally within a school
A passion for supporting the development of young children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive attitude and a team player
