I am currently working with a housing association based in Liverpool, looking for an enthusiastic Net Zero Manager.

The Role:

In this role, you'll play a critical role in driving our client's sustainability agenda, ensuring that all housing projects contribute to a low-carbon future. You will be responsible for leading and implementing strategies to achieve net zero carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure housing projects comply with the relevant environmental regulations
Develop and maintain systems to monitor energy usage and carbon emissions.
Conduct regular audits to measure the carbon footprint of projects.
Integrate renewable energy sources into housing projects.
Communicate with architects, engineers and construction teams.
Manage sustainability projects from planning to execution.About them
