We’re working with a well-invested, modern food manufacturing site in the Midlands, known for strong engineering leadership and a team that’s backed with the right tools and tech. They’re looking for a Night Shift Engineer to keep the lines running smoothly and support continuous improvements on site.

What’s on Offer:

* c£55,000 DOE

* 12-hour night shifts – 12 on / 12 off pattern

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, or similar role in manufacturing

* Comfortable working nights on a 12 on / 12 off pattern

* Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills—electrical, mechanical, or multi-skilled

* A proactive attitude and pride in keeping things running efficiently

* Food/FMCG background is ideal, but other fast-paced industries are welcome
