Build rapport and understand the needs of learners quickly
Prior experience teaching up to GCSE level
Follow safeguarding guidelines
Essentials for the job:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), or equivalent
Current Enhanced DBS, on the DBS Update Service or willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Check
Up-to-date curriculum knowledge
Able to commute across the North Somerset area
