A vibrant architectural practice based in Hertfordshire is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their talented team. The RIBA-chartered practice works on residential, commercial and retail projects and are known for their creative approach to design. The team is looking for a driven individual who can lead and manage projects from concept to completion.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and should be comfortable managing a team. You will enjoy running projects through all RIBA stages and will have creative design flare alongside good technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Significant experience post qualification
Proven track record of running projects through all RIBA stages
Lead a small team to design and develop projects across a range of sectors
Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare detailed architectural drawings
Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
Must live within Hertfordshire
