Finishing Paint Operatives - ongoing temp work

Location: Waterbeach

Salary: Skilled - £15.57/hr Semi-skilled - £13.88/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 4.30pm and Fri 8am - 1pm

Our client is currently seeking a Contract Finishing Paint Operative to join their team in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate should have experience in Manufacturing and will be responsible for preparing composite/aluminium panels for primer and top coat paint.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing composite or aluminium panels using handheld tools such as sanders

Edge filling panels

Skills & Experience Required

Understand basic engineering drawing

Experience of handheld tools (sanders)

Knowledge of measuring equipment (rulers / verniers)

Time served prepping surfaces ready for finishing

Attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions
