Role Overview: In this role, you will manage your own caseload of small claims while also providing valuable support to senior team members on more complex cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their understanding and expertise in personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Small Claims: Handle your own caseload of small claims from inception to resolution, ensuring all cases are treated with the utmost care and professionalism.

* Support Senior Team Members: Provide assistance on more complex cases, offering research, drafting, and administrative support as needed.

* Client Interaction: Engage with clients transparently and empathetically, providing updates and ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

* Continuous Learning: Take initiative to enhance your knowledge in personal injury law through training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities provided by the firm.

Qualifications:

* A strong interest in personal injury law.

* Relevant legal qualifications (e.g., LLB, LPC, or equivalent).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
