Part Time Customer Service Administrator - Energy Services - Bedford FTE £25000 to £30000 depending on experience - 0930am to 3pm Mon-Fri
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for a busy and vibrant energy services business that specialise in manufacturing and distribution of a leading edge product within energy services.
As Customer Service Administrator you will have strong verbal and written skills and be involved with supporting the sales, customer support and logistics side of the business.
Daily duties will include making sure customers are receiving a premier service, preparing quotes, managing calls, research to help qualify leads and coordination of internal and external meetings. It is very much a varied position which will have a raft of different facets to it.
The ideal candidate will have good tenure in a previous administration role, with good verbal and written communication skills and MS Office literate and exposure to business software such as Sage.
The salary on offer is between £25000 and £30000 FTE for working hours of 9am to 3pm depending on experience
