Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm + 15 Saturdays per year 10am - 3pm

Harper Recruitment are looking for an Asset Manager to join a leading student lettings company in Loughborough.

What will the role involve?

Carrying out inspections for the duration of tenancies
Ensuring property compliance is maintained
Organising move-in processes and inventories
Overseeing check-out processes and the return of deposits
Offering landlords investment advice on current and new portfolios
Maintaining contact with Landlords, Tenants & Contractors
Carrying out FRAs
Assisting with floor plans
Who are we looking for?

* Experience in property management or asset management
* A highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills
* Driving Licence & own vehicle (preferred)
