Used Car Sales Executive required to join an independently owned Used Car Supermarket in Stoke On Trent.
Salary £22k Basic + Uncapped Commission OTE a realistic £45K
5 Days a Week • Mon-Fri 10am-7pm • Sat 10am-6pm • Sun 10am-4pm
Our client, a fast growing independently owned Used Car Supermarket are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and driven individual to join their friendly sales team at their Hinckley branch. The key responsibilities of the job role is to build rapport with the customer, understand their needs, overcome any objections and facilitate the sale.
Duties:
* Meet and greet the customer on-site and build rapport
* Qualify customer requirements
* Create opportunities to sell a vehicle
* Test Drives
* Deal presenter
* Present and build value in our products
* Process financial documents
* Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets
The successful candidate should be:
* Energetic and confident
* Focussed
* Have strong negotiation skills and a good eye for detail
* A good listenerMotivated
* An excellent "closer"
* A driven individual with passion
* Interpersonal people skills
* A presentable and professional individual
* FCA accredited (after training)
