Your Role as a Cover Supervisor

In this role, you'll:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
Manage and supervise classrooms while maintaining a positive learning environment
Support students with their tasks and respond to their questions
Ensure all completed work is collected and returned to the teacher
Provide feedback on student behaviour and classroom activities
Handle any immediate situations, including emergencies, following school policies
