Responsibilities in your new role as a Sous Chef
As the Sous Chef, your responsibilities include leading the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, mentoring and developing junior team members, and assisting in menu development and the creation of daily specials. You will also manage inventory, order supplies, and minimise waste while ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients.
