Are you an experienced leader in technical services looking for your next challenge? A leading facilities management company is seeking a Technical Services Manager in the Elgin area to oversee engineering operations across multiple sites in Scotland.
 
In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, lead a high-performing technical team, and maintain excellent client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all hard services, including statutory and mandatory tasks.
Provide expert advice to senior management while managing subcontractor relationships.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on engagement and performance.
Implement business improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
Support portfolio consolidation through asset management and demobilisation strategies.
Develop client connections at under-serviced sites, becoming the first point of contact for additional works beyond the current contract. What We’re Looking For:

IOSH Managing Safety certification (NEBOSH preferred).
Proven experience in building services management and M&E operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills, driving team performance.
Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
City & Guilds Craft qualification in mechanical or electrical services.
Proficient in interpreting financial/commercial data and using it to enhance operations.
