A growing Software Consultancy are looking for a personable and driven Account Manager to join their Newcastle Head Office, to play a key role in fostering and expanding client relationships.

This role would be well-suited to someone who has experience working in a client-facing Account Management role (or similar), within the SaaS / Software Development / Technology domain, who has a keen interest in technology.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, acting as their main point of contact to ensure their satisfaction whilst identifying opportunities for future expansion and up-selling where possible. This will involve creating targeted account strategies, and maintaining a close awareness of client challenges in order to bring them new propositions.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in their Newcastle City Centre office. They're a really dynamic and sociable company, with monthly social events, and would be a great place for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Requirements

Prior experience in a client-facing Account Manager role (or similar) within the Technology domain, managing multiple account simultaneously
Strong commercial acumen, including knowledge of fee structures and commercial terms
Strong ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Track-record of handling and overcoming objections, with excellent influencing and negotiation skillsBenefits

Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
