About the Role:
As our Finance Manager, you will oversee and manage all UK accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Leading a team of four or more direct reports, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, overseeing statutory compliance, and contributing to key regional and global projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proactive approach and excellent multitasking skills.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with UK controllers to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
Manage monthly general ledger close, account maintenance, and variance analysis.
Oversee and complete all UK audits, including statutory accounts and tax computations.
Ensure SOX compliance and support the implementation of financial initiatives.
Support payroll, accounts receivable/payable activities, and the annual budget process.
Build trust-based relationships with business heads, external contacts, and banking partners.
Lead and guide the UK finance team while contributing to ad hoc projects and indirect tax filings.

Expertise: Proficiency in statutory account filing, tax advisor management, UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP. Knowledge of SOX compliance is highly valued.
