Female* Support Worker required in Worcester

We are looking for someone to support us in joining a small care team that we have in place to look after our daughter, who has complex needs and is 18 years of age.

Your role will be in working very closely with ourselves, her parents, members of the family and team leader in ensuring our daughter is enabled to maximise her full potential.

Experience isn’t essential, it is about finding the right person who is passionate about working with young people, enthusiastic, fun and someone who is able to demonstrate initiative in working within a team.

From our daughter’s perspective she would say that she is a real “girly” girl and loves music, being pampered and people being really happy around her.  Someone who is a Harry Styles fan would be great!!

A Driving Licence is essential.  Contracted hours and zero hours contracts are available; shift options include before and after school, 7.00am to 10.00am and 3.30pm to 8.00pm, Saturdays 08.30/09.00am to 4.00/6.00pm and extra hours during the school holidays, including long days.  Sleep-in night shifts, 10.00pm to 7.00am.

Rate of pay – Mon – Fri - £14.20 per hour and Sat & Sun – £16.38 per hour.  Sleep in pay rate is £11.44 per hour.

A DBS check will be pursued.
