We are seeking a Temporary PA to provide comprehensive support within our Secretarial & Business Support team in Liverpool.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Temporary PA will include, but may not be limited to;

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
Handle client enquiries effectively and professionally
Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines
Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence
Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
Manage and maintain client records and databases
Minute taking within meetings
Booking travel arrangements
Support the team with other relevant duties as requiredProfile

A successful Temporary PA should have:

An understanding of the legal sector and secretarial duties
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A professional demeanour and a commitment to providing high-quality support
