MERJE is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDM) for a leading company in the Health and Insurance sectors. The Role
As a Business Development Executive (BDM), you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across a geographic region. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment, utilising your consultative skills to drive revenue and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and win new business for corporate health & wellbeing products
Achieve set personal quarterly targets and contribute to departmental goals
Conduct thorough fact-finding to understand business needs and present solutions
Manage pipeline effectively using CRM system
Collaborate to develop long-term client relationships
Required knowledge and experience:
Minimum 18 months experience in a B2B-based role
Proven track record of consistently achieving targets against budget
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and objection handling skills
Self-starter mentality with ability to work efficiently and prioritise workload
Experience in sourcing leads and building relationships using a consultative approach
