Conrad Consulting are exclusively recruiting for a prominent and well known Architectural bsuiness in West Cheshire. They are a relatively small business with approximately 7 Architectural staff, but with a wealth of experience between them. Their Directorship team have been at the helm for years and in doing so have built an excellent reputation within the local community and further afield.

Typically, their workload falls within the Residential sector. Think of Rural buildings; barn conversions, farmhouses and similar developments. If you know Cheshire you will see their type of project work dotted across the rural landscape and likely be familiar with it. They can often be larger schemes including masterplanning.

They are looking for this Project Architect or Architectural Technologist to have a sensitivity to this type of work and a genuine interest in delivering similar projects.

They can accommodate individuals with experience using most Architectural software, their busy team use AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation or whatever they prefer to produce the highest quality of work possible.

They can offer a competitive salary and the option for some degree of flexible working. There is significant room for growth here too, with the opportunity for further progression and promotions a real possibility.
