Our client is a multi-office Independent Brand with offices throughout Kent and South East London.

They are seeking a Trainee Negotiator, for their Erith/Northumberland Heath office that can bring enthusiasm to enhance the already successful operation in this office.

You will need to have worked in a Targeted Sales environment, Ideally one of the following-
·Car sales
·Phone sales
·Travel/Holiday Sales
·Call centre

They require:
·A well presented Individual
·Driven and determined to succeed
·Have a proven and consistent track record in Sales/Targeted Environment
·Excellent customer service skills
·Be prepared to work extra hours if required
·Open and learning mindset.
·Someone that wants to be part of a team looking to progress in the next six month to negotiator.
·Enjoys having fun within a great team environment.
·Works hard and plays hard.
·Wants to be the best they can be.
·Show a passion for building a career in Estate Agency
·Have a full UK driving licence and own car

Package on Offer -
·Basic £18,000 - £20,000
·OTE £25,000- £27,000

Our opening hours are
·Monday – Friday 09.00 – 18.00
·Saturday 09.00 – 17.00
·Sunday 10.00 – 16.00
