Are you an enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant passionate about creating positive learning experiences? Tradewind Recruitment is excited to find a dedicated TA to support a friendly, inclusive school in Liverpool.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting individual students and small groups to help them thrive academically and socially.
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, making learning accessible and engaging for all students.
Working closely with students to encourage positive behaviours and foster a safe, encouraging environment.
Collaborating with the SEN team to adapt resources and strategies to meet each student's unique needs.Qualifications and Experience:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant certification or equivalent.
Prior experience with children, ideally in a classroom or educational setting.
Empathy, patience, and a commitment to student growth and success.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
