Role Overview

As a Workshop Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the workshop, handling a variety of tasks including cleaning, packing, picking, and general maintenance. This role also involves some hands-on mechanical work (training provided), providing an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills within a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring a safe working environment.

* Picking and packing parts for dispatch.

* Handling deliveries and stock management.

* Assisting with general workshop duties as required.

* Supporting the assembly and servicing of pumps and mechanical components.

* Using hand tools and basic mechanical equipment where needed.

* Ensuring health & safety protocols are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in a workshop, warehouse, or similar hands-on environment (preferred).

* Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn.

* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* A proactive and positive approach to work.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
