Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (40 hours a week)

£23,800 per annum

Our client is a well established company, a market leader in their field. We are looking for an Outbound Advisor (no sales involved) to signpost potential clients to a relevant member of the sales team.

The key responsibilities for the Outbound Advisor include:

* Contact clients who have expressed an interest in their website

* Arrange follow up calls

* Leave voicemails and update the inhouse customer service (CRM) database.

The ideal candidate for the role of Outbound Advisor will:

* Pleasant, clear, confident telephone manner

* Have the ability to follow a script

* IT Literate

This role would suit someone looking to begin a career within an office. Full training is provided.

Please note you must be based locally and have a steady work track record (no job hoppers).
