This role helps us to ensure colleagues can use the technology required in their jobs, now and in the future, particularly as we increase automation.
Learning to use new technology and databases yourself, you will produce guidance in a variety of formats, provide one to one and group support to colleagues, and some formal training.
You need to have good digital skills and be able to learn to use new technology and databases quickly.
Good communication and presentation skills will enable you to provide respectful support to colleagues to help them learn new IT skills, including those with less confidence in this area.

You must have a driving license and access to a car for work, to travel to our different sites across Sussex.
This post is a 1-year fixed term contract in the first instance, with the potential to extend beyond this.

The salary for this role will increase to £30,014 per year pro rata from 1st February 2025.
