Freelance (OUTSIDE IR35) - Site Agent / Site Manager
Site Agent - working for the Principle contractor with a very well know and trusted subbie reporting in Site Agent / Civil Site Manager SMSTS and First Aid - Project is upgrading civil, mechanical, electrical, control and instrumental infrastructure on the National Gas Offtake located in Dunham Massey. The site is a live gas site within a fenced boundary and is classified as critical national infrastructure.
Currently looking to recruit a Civils Site Agent working for the Main Contractor

Scope of works - the package will be subcontracted to a team that has worked on several of these jobs before and know what they are doing so you will be mostly keeping a eye on Programme, H&S QA. The package is a RC pad foundation, Grouting, Gullies, drainage, ducting, external works, there is a very good subcontractor reporting in on that site for H&S reasons so need at First Aid and SMSTS

We are looking for a civil orientated site manager to focus on the CDM management. I’ll add some further context and send over to you shortly. The key is having sound CDM knowledge and experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to visiting Contracts Manager

Managing all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment Aspects

Managing and updating programme of works

Close liaison with subbie (they are know and trusted and good!!!!)

THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A SMSTS and First Aid
