Site Manager needed on new build industrial project in Greater Manchester. This will involve overseeing all associated groundworks, steel works and internal fit out on a new build industrial unit. The candidate will be working under the Project Manager and will take on an 'on site' operational role.

Requirements:

- Experience with Industrial / Logistic projects full cycle

- Experience on projects above £40m in value

- Highly proactive on site

- SMSTS, CSCS Black
