JOB TITLE: Store Manager

SALARY: £31,000 per annum plus comms

LOCATION: Oxford

We are currently looking for a Store Manager for an Audio-Visual retailer based in their store in Oxford. You will be responsible for motivating and driving the store team and being an integral part of the store.

Job Specification: Store Manager

To motivate and drive the sales team, leading by example and working closely with them on the sales floor.

To ensure the three key areas of store, stock, staff are closely and efficiently managed at all times

To develop the skills and performance of all staff by identifying and delivering the appropriate training and development in order to increase sales and improve the overall efficiency of the department.
To maximise sales potential and profitability of the store in order to achieve performance targets.
Requirements: Store Manager

You will have proven experience of building, maintaining and growing a retail store
Preferably, you will have experience or have a keen interest in Audio Visual Products
Strong communicator and be able to lead a team to success
To be sales driven, customer focussed and highly motivated, with a proven sales track record
